The text is built from the traditional Lorem ipsum vocabulary, the scrambled Latin taken from Cicero's De finibus bonorum et malorum that printers and designers have used for centuries. You can start with the famous "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit" sentence or begin with random words, and choose short, medium or long sentences and paragraphs to match the space you are filling. Word counts are exact, which helps when you need to fill a box with, say, 50 words.
